Randstad is currently recruiting for a highly experienced Executive Assistant/Coordinator for a reputable State Government department located within Adelaide. This is a full time position. Days of work will be Monday-Friday. If you have a background in Executive Support, Senior Administration, or Executive Management, we would love to hear from you.
Job Responsibility:
Diary Management
Travel, car, and accommodation bookings
Credit card reconciliations
Minute taking and action notes
Agenda preparation
Drafting ministerial briefings
Delegation and management of departmental matters
Liaising with different State departments and stakeholders
Electronic filing and database management
Managing emails, appointments, and telephone enquiries
General administrative tasks and verifying documents
Essential all round support to the CE
Requirements:
Demonstrated Executive Assistant or Coordinator experience
High level Microsoft Office Suite skills
Strong alphabetical and numerical data entry skills
Highly developed communication skills
Professional phone manner
National Police Certificate (NPC)
Nice to have:
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
