Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Executive Assistant who will be responsible for supporting members of the Executive Team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive, high level support to C-Level executives by assisting with a wide range of projects; creating written communications and presentations, coordinating logistics for meetings, including travel and hotel accommodations, as well as subsequent expense reporting.

Job Responsibility

  • Management of complex calendar and scheduling requirement
  • Schedule meetings, calls, interviews, and travel while anticipating needs and managing conflicts in real time
  • Drive team activities (including staff meeting agendas and notes, internal team meetings, cross-team engagements)
  • Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
  • Create written communication and presentations
  • Complete and file expense reports
  • Assist with event planning

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 8+ years of work experience
  • Prior executive assistant experience working in a busy, high-growth, and fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills
  • utilizing Google platform as well as some Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • General Video Conference knowledge
  • Administrative competence (scheduling, e-mailing, coordinating calendars)
  • Experience working with all levels of management, and consulting with key business stakeholders
