Job Responsibility
Partner closely with senior executives to manage daily priorities, schedules, and administrative responsibilities
Coordinate complex meetings across multiple time zones and ensure seamless execution of virtual and in-person engagements
Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries
Serve as a key point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external partners
Handle confidential business matters with accuracy, professionalism, and urgency
Proactively identify and resolve scheduling, logistical, and operational challenges to maximize executive effectiveness
Requirements
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior leaders in a global organization
Proven experience managing complex calendars, scheduling across multiple time zones, and coordinating executive logistics
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) and Microsoft Office
Experience handling domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations
Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Experience supporting multiple executives in a shared services or high-growth environment
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address challenges
