We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Executive Assistant in the Healthcare/NHS industry located in New York, New York. The workplace is a NYC Mental Health Care company, where the primary function of this role is to support the CEO.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings
Handle email correspondence and conference calls, ensuring clear and effective communication
Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of staff, ensuring a smooth transition for all parties
Maintain an organized filing system, ensuring easy access to important documents
Manage mail, sorting and distributing as necessary
Coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring all aspects of trips are well-planned
Prepare and manage expense reports, ensuring accurate and timely submission
Assist with the coordination of public events, ensuring they run smoothly
Requirements:
Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
Familiarity with Cisco Webex Meetings
Experience with Concur
Proficiency in CRM software
Knowledge of Kronos Timekeeping System
Ability to utilize About Time software
Strong Calendar Management skills
Excellent Communication skills
Experience in managing Conference Calls
Ability to handle Correspondence
