Job Responsibility:
Manage the schedule and communications of key executives
Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management
Produce reports and presentations
Manage, coordinate and arrange travel and travel-related activities
Perform administrative and office support (e.g. maintain filing system and contact database)
Requirements:
at least 2 years proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or Personal Assistant
