Our client is a financial consulting firm that partners with early and growth-stage companies to provide strategic financial guidance. The Executive Assistant will support a specific team at the firm and work collaboratively with other admins across business groups.
Job Responsibility:
Answer multiple phone lines and act as a gatekeeper
Assist in managing complex calendar’s – schedule, confirm, and coordinate meetings internally & externally and with other assistants across the firm
Schedule conference rooms for internal and external meetings
Track and process invoices and complete detailed monthly expense reports
Meet and greet guests, register guests in the firm visitor system
Order supplies as needed
prepare outgoing mail, FedEx/UPS packages as needed
Maintain and prepare files
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
2-4 years of admin experience within financial services
