We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant who will support our CEO of Americas, as part of our dynamic team in our New York Office.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the CEO’s daily schedule/calendar
Coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements, including transportation, hotel and airline, for the CEO and other executives, as needed
Compile expense reports for CEO and other executives as needed
Request, collect and review weekly business recaps from each department head for final submission to CEO
Approve and submit office invoices to Accounts Payable for payment
Support CEO and other Executives with various projects, as needed
Provide confidential administrative support while anticipating and being proactive about the needs of the CEO
Liaise with various departments including HR, Retail and Worldwide Communications to transmit company information such as directives and initiatives in a timely manner
Perform general administrative duties including mail distribution, filing, answering phone calls, updating internal contact lists
Oversee day-to-day office management needs, including maintaining clean and organized workspaces, replenishing office supplies, and ensuring refreshments and amenities are consistently available
Partner with the IT team to ensure all office technology and tools are functioning properly, coordinating support when employees require technical assistance
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree required
2 years of previous administrative work experience
preferably within the fashion industry
Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization
Detail and solution oriented, with an eye for quality
Self-motivated with a strong sense of personal accountability
Highly organized with strong follow up skills
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook
