Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Founder/CEO of a real estate investment and development firm. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong written communication, and the ability to manage both professional and personal responsibilities in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. The hours are 9:00am-6:00pm (with minimal overtime), and the role is onsite, 5 days per week with occasional flexibility.
Job Responsibility:
Manage complex calendars and proactively schedule internal and external meetings
Oversee inbox management, draft correspondence, and respond on behalf of the Founder
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries
Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and investment materials
Assist with personal scheduling and logistics
Support special projects, event planning, and office culture initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
prior experience in fast-paced environments
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
