Job Description:

HSBC Global Payments Solutions (GPS) is one of HSBC's global product lines supporting corporate and financial institutions, uniquely positioned to help clients embarking into digital, make and receive payments, across borders and regulations, in multiple currencies. The role involves delivering business and administrative support, providing executive assistance to the Head of GPS, and close collaboration with stakeholders and colleagues.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver day to day business and administrative support to GPS team
Provide executive assistance to Head of GPS in their daily work
Work closely with different stakeholders and coordinate with colleagues across the world

Requirements:

Indonesian Citizen only
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability in dealing with different stakeholder at all levels
Proven ability to work collectively in a team
High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
Proactive and has ability to work independently.
Effective time management and planning skills
Demonstrate a high degree of credibility and integrity.
Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality
PC skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as the core HSBC approval systems
Language: Fluent verbal and written English and Bahasa Indonesia required
Prior working experience as personal assistant or department secretary
