Job Responsibility:
Support governance activities, including organising governance meetings and preparing documentation for board-level review
Oversee complex diary and schedule management for senior stakeholders
Plan and facilitate meetings by creating agendas, capturing minutes, and monitoring follow‑up actions
Manage sensitive and confidential information professionally, ensuring records are maintained accurately
Seek opportunities to streamline and enhance executive administrative processes and systems
Assist with the smooth daily operation of the Estate office
Take responsibility for coordinating general office activities
Requirements:
Proven experience in executive support/PA/EA or senior administration
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High professionalism and strict confidentiality
