We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Job Responsibility
Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and meeting notes
Serve as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Screen and prioritize incoming communications (email, phone calls, correspondence)
Assist with preparation of presentations, reports, and confidential documents
Handle expense reporting and basic budget tracking as needed
Support special projects and ensure timely follow-through on key initiatives
Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times
Requirements
3+ years of experience in an executive or administrative support role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently while anticipating executive needs
