Robert Half Talent Solutions is representing a local organization that is are looking for an experienced and dependable Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. Job Responsibility:
Oversee executive calendars by arranging meetings, managing schedule changes, and coordinating travel plans to keep leadership aligned and prepared
Draft, format, and refine business correspondence, reports, presentations, and other materials needed for internal and external communication
Support meetings from planning through follow-up by preparing agendas, recording key discussion points, and monitoring completion of next steps
Safeguard sensitive company and employee information while handling requests with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
Manage several priorities at once, ensuring time-sensitive assignments, administrative tasks, and leadership requests are completed efficiently
Contribute to cross-functional projects and operational efforts that help departments stay organized and meet business objectives
Plan and coordinate leadership gatherings, team events, and off-site sessions, including logistics, materials, and scheduling details
Review administrative workflows and recommend practical improvements that increase efficiency and reduce delays
Provide support for benefits-related activities such as coordination of employee benefit programs, leave administration, and COBRA-related processes as needed
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience providing direct support to senior executives, leadership teams, or comparable business functions
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting deadlines, multiple assignments, and competing priorities
Clear written and verbal communication skills suited for interaction with executives, employees, and external partners
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential matters with discretion, professionalism, and emotional maturity
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
experience with Google Workspace is also valued
Familiarity with benefits administration, including exposure to benefits coordination, leave of absence support, COBRA administration, or compensation and benefits activities
Ability to adjust quickly in a fast-paced setting, solve problems independently, and maintain a high level of accuracy
Previous experience in a small or mid-sized business environment is preferred
