We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support leadership with day-to-day coordination and administrative execution in Troy, Michigan. This Contract position is ideal for someone who can keep priorities organized, communicate clearly, and handle sensitive tasks with sound judgment. Job Responsibility:
Oversee executive calendars by coordinating appointments, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring leaders are prepared for upcoming commitments
Prepare and submit expense documentation with accuracy, maintaining timely records and supporting reimbursement processes
Coordinate domestic and, when needed, broader travel plans, including itineraries, reservations, and schedule alignment
Develop detail-oriented presentation materials and slide decks for meetings, leadership updates, and business discussions
Manage email correspondence and administrative follow-up to help maintain clear communication and timely responses
Support executive meetings by organizing logistics, confirming attendees, and distributing relevant materials in advance
Track shifting priorities and adjust schedules or arrangements as needed to keep daily operations running smoothly
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience providing administrative support in an Executive Assistant or closely related role
Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings with a high degree of accuracy
Experience preparing, reviewing, and processing expense reports in a timely and organized manner
Strong background in booking travel and handling itinerary details for business-related trips
Proficiency in creating effective presentations, including strong PowerPoint skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confidence handling email correspondence
Ability to work independently, maintain a high standard of conduct, and manage multiple priorities effectively
