Robert Half is partnering with a local organization to identify a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to provide strategic administrative support to senior leadership. This role is ideal for a polished professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates sound judgment, and excels at managing competing priorities with discretion and professionalism.
Job Responsibility:
Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership (calendar management, meeting coordination, travel, and expense reporting)
Act as a trusted gatekeeper, managing communications and prioritizing inquiries on behalf of leadership
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-up action items
Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders
Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
Support special projects and initiatives as assigned
Assist with office or departmental coordination as needed
Requirements:
3+ years of experience supporting executives or senior leadership
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
familiarity with Teams or similar collaboration tools preferred
Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
Professional written and verbal communication skills
High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
Ability to anticipate needs and work independently with minimal direction
Experience in a fast-paced corporate, nonprofit, healthcare, or professional services environment is a plus
