Temp EA to CEO providing direct support to the CEO and leadership team while ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions. Hybrid work arrangement with 3 days in the office.
Job Responsibility:
Full ownership of the CEO's calendar, including scheduling downtime, personal commitments, and aligning with preferences
Proactive inbox management, ensuring timely responses and prioritisation
Track and ensure follow-through on commitments made during meetings and trips
Follow up on leads, prospects, and connections initiated by the CEO
Provide ad hoc personal assistance as required
Provide flexible, ad-hoc support to members of the Senior Leadership Team
Attend weekly Leadership Team meetings to take minutes and ensure timely follow-up
Coordinate and document regular meetings between the CEO and Chair
Draft correspondence, prepare agendas, and produce materials for board meetings
Liaise confidently with board members, senior leaders, and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
Lead coordination of events involving the CEO, including briefing the events team and aligning stakeholders throughout planning
Requirements:
CEO and Board level experience - essential
High level of organisation and project management capability
Excellent communication skills - Verbal and written
