We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support senior-level executives in New York, New York. This contract role requires exceptional organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage complex schedules and travel arrangements. Job Responsibility:
Manage and coordinate executive calendars, ensuring all appointments and meetings are accurately scheduled
Arrange and oversee all aspects of travel planning, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
Anticipate scheduling conflicts and resolve them efficiently to minimize disruptions
Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure all travel plans align with executive priorities
Organize and schedule high-level meetings, including preparing agendas and necessary materials
Act as a liaison between executives and other stakeholders, maintaining clear and precise communication
Handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain confidentiality at all times
Provide general administrative support, including drafting correspondence and managing documentation
Ensure timely follow-ups and reminders for critical deadlines and tasks
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and execute tasks with precision
Requirements:
5+ years of Executive Assistant experience
Prior experience directly supporting a CEO
Experience within a ~500-person organization
Strong understanding of senior leadership dynamics
High energy, positive attitude, and approachable personality
Hands-on, adaptable, and eager to jump in where needed
Proven ability to manage and protect sensitive information
