Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Consumer group within a large, collaborative financial services organization. This is an add‑to‑staff role created to relieve an overextended EA and provide dedicated coverage to a growing team. The environment is professional but approachable, with strong emphasis on teamwork, flexibility, and a “no job too big or too small” mentality. Hours are generally 8:30am-5:30pm with flexibility as needed, and the role follows a hybrid schedule with four days onsite.
Job Responsibility:
Provide executive‑level administrative support to a group of approximately 10 professionals, including Managing Directors, Directors, Vice Presidents, Associates, and Analysts
Manage high‑volume calendar scheduling across multiple stakeholders and priorities
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and real‑time changes
Assist with interview coordination and onboarding logistics for new hires
Support internal meeting logistics, preparation, and follow‑up
Serve as a reliable point of contact for team members and internal partners
Partner closely with another EA on the team to ensure seamless coverage and communication
Handle ad hoc administrative tasks with a proactive, team‑first mindset
Requirements:
5+ years of Executive Assistant experience
Background in financial services or similarly structured professional environments preferred
Strong calendar and travel coordination experience
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Positive attitude with a willingness to jump in and support wherever needed
Comfortable working with senior leaders and a range of personalities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred
