Executive Assistant to provide critical support to senior leaders within their wealth group. This role requires a classic EA who can manage complex calendars, coordinate frequent travel, and support internal operations with confidentiality.
Job Responsibility:
managing heavy calendar activity and scheduling across multiple stakeholders
coordinating travel logistics including flights, hotels, and ground transportation
preparing and distributing meeting materials while maintaining accurate documentation
supporting email monitoring and communication flow
handling expense reporting and reimbursement through internal systems
organizing meetings, securing conference rooms, and coordinating catering and security clearance needs
maintaining Salesforce records and assisting with cross-functional projects and team initiatives
Requirements:
2+ years of administrative experience within investment management or professional services
proven ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
strong communication skills with a polished, service-oriented approach
advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new technologies
experience coordinating complex travel
high discretion and professionalism
strong attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to stay composed under pressure
