In this role you will manage the executive's schedule, handling correspondence, preparing presentations and reports, and providing other administrative support to the team.
Job Responsibility:
To provide administrative and organisational support to executives, managers, or teams
To manage schedules, acting as a trusted point of contact, ensuring seamless coordination, efficient task management, and a professional presence for their assigned individuals or teams
Requirements:
Highly motivated and experienced professional
Management of executive, managers or team calendars and overseeing timely responses to meeting invitations and requests
Planning and arranging travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
Proactively anticipating the needs of the executive or team, prioritising tasks, and ensuring timely completion
Management of day-to-day administrative tasks, such as expenses, maintaining filing systems, and ordering office supplies, annual leave records management, distribution list management and organisation management tasks
To perform prescribed activities in a timely manner and to a high standard consistently driving continuous improvement
Requires in-depth technical knowledge and experience in their assigned area of expertise
Thorough understanding of the underlying principles and concepts within the area of expertise
They lead and supervise a team, guiding and supporting professional development, allocating work requirements and coordinating team resources
OR for an individual contributor, they develop technical expertise in work area, acting as an advisor where appropriate
Will have an impact on the work of related teams within the area
Partner with other functions and business areas
Takes responsibility for end results of a team’s operational processing and activities
Escalate breaches of policies / procedure appropriately
