As Executive Assistant, you will be a strategic partner to the Directors of the Group Digital Media Agency and Digital Commerce Experiences teams, operating across the fast-paced CustomerX and eComX ecosystem. This role requires exceptional organization, foresight, and agility to manage shifting priorities and real-time challenges across both the Digital Media Agency (DMA) and Digital Commerce Experiences (DCX)portfolios. You are the "heartbeat" and central anchor for the team, serving as the primary go-to person who connects leadership with the wider business. You will foster seamless communication, ensuring information flows efficiently between the Directors, stakeholders, and the broader team. Your expert management of daily operations and stakeholder engagement provides stability, allowing the Directors to focus on high-level strategy.

Job Responsibility

  • Executive Support & Communication: Draft high-stakes communications, synthesize complex reports, and manage strategic correspondence with key partners (e.g., Google, Meta, Adobe, TikTok)
  • Event & Rhythm of Business Management: Lead the planning and execution of key leadership events, including XLT offsites and All Hands meetings, ensuring alignment with objectives and budget
  • Financial & Operational Management: Manage financial processes, including invoice approval, and act as a point of contact for budgeting queries
  • People & Culture Support: Partner on recruitment, assist with structuring executive performance reviews, and manage handover workflows for role continuity
  • Administrative Excellence & Stakeholder Liaison: Proactively manage a complex calendar, prioritize strategic engagements, and act as the primary gatekeeper and communication bridge for the Director
  • Strong executive support skills: including strategic communication, financial management, project coordination for large events, and the highest level of discretion when handling sensitive information.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting Senior Executive 1:2+
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to discern what takes priority, what can be handled directly, and what needs to be escalated
  • The ability to plan for the predictable, yet handle the unexpected and excel at prioritising tasks effectively with attention to detail
  • The ability to own or support and improve our key processes/initiatives as needed
  • The ability to develop relationships and work closely with the wider EA cohort to enable strong alignment and collaboration across the organisation.
