Job Responsibility:
Manage executive calendars, prioritize requests, and coordinate meetings across time zones
Prepare and edit executive‑level presentations, reports, and communications
Coordinate travel logistics and itineraries
process expenses and reimbursements
Support board/leadership meetings: materials, minutes, and follow‑ups
Maintain the highest level of discretion with confidential information
Liaise with internal leaders and external partners on behalf of executives
Drive follow‑through on action items, deadlines, and project deliverables
Requirements:
4–6+ years supporting senior executives (C‑suite preferred)
Advanced Microsoft 365 skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
