Job Responsibility:
Providing proactive diary management, meeting preparation, and follow‑up support for senior leaders
Acting as the first point of contact for inbound enquiries - ensuring customers get fast, friendly, and accurate support
Coordinating schedules, updating the CRM, tracking actions, and helping drive business development activity
Supporting customers through onboarding, booking processes, invoicing checks, and progress updates
Managing data across internal systems and contributing to a smooth, professional customer journey
Helping plan conferences, exhibitions, and key events
Requirements:
A highly organised multitasker with top‑tier attention to detail
Someone positive, proactive, and confident supporting senior leadership
Strong communicator who enjoys working with customers and internal teams
Skilled in Microsoft Office
experience with CRMs is a bonus
Calm, adaptable, and great at juggling priorities in a busy environment
