Join the corporate office of a property management company as an Executive Assistant! This is a contract position with the strong chance to turn into a permanent role for the right individual. Our client has a diverse portfolio of apartment communities across Southern and Northern California and a beautiful office located in the heart of West LA. As the Executive Assistant, you will support 2-3 members of the executive team while overseeing the rhythm of the corporate headquarters.
Job Responsibility:
Manage multiple calendars, prioritize meetings, and book travel
Draft, prepare, and proofread communications, presentations, and reports
Act as a gatekeeper, anticipating needs and proactively addressing issues
Coordinate logistics, catering, space planning, and setup for internal meetings and events
Complete special administrative projects
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience providing support to C-level executives or senior leadership
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, including Excel
Exceptional writing, proofreading, and document formatting abilities
Strong professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information
Positive, resourceful attitude and the ability to pivot priorities gracefully
