Job Description:

Robert Half is partnering with a local business who is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our executive team. Based in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, this role requires a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. The ideal candidate will be the go-to person for executive-level tasks and projects, acting as a trusted partner in managing schedules, organizing meetings, and ensuring efficient operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and coordinate multiple executives' schedules, calendars, and appointments to ensure effective time management
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders, handling communication with discretion and professionalism
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including drafting agendas, compiling materials, and recording meeting minutes
  • Handle travel arrangements such as booking flights, hotels, and transportation, ensuring seamless executive travel experiences
  • Assist with project management by tracking deadlines, following up on action items, and ensuring deliverables are met on time
  • Prepare, proofread, and edit confidential correspondence, presentations, and reports as needed
  • Manage expense reports and budgets using company-approved systems
  • Provide support for event planning, including logistics coordination and vendor communication
  • Undertake other administrative and operational tasks as required by executives or the organization

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-level executives or senior management
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other project management tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively under deadlines
  • High levels of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs and work independently
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not required
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in an executive assistant role
