We are seeking a highly professional, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leadership in our York-based organization. This role is ideal for someone who excels at managing priorities, anticipates executive needs, and handles sensitive information with discretion and confidence.
Job Responsibility:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership
Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel
Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and correspondence
Act as a liaison between executives, internal departments, and external partners
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Support special projects, meetings, and company initiatives
Requirements:
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or supporting senior leadership preferred
Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Professional presence with strong judgment and problem-solving skills
