We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leaders within a fast-paced food and food processing environment in Morristown, New Jersey. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for a highly organized individual who can manage competing priorities, communicate effectively across a range of stakeholders, and maintain a high level of confidentiality. The role requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to keep executive operations running smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee complex executive schedules by coordinating appointments, leadership meetings, and shifting priorities with accuracy and efficiency
Arrange domestic and international travel plans, including itineraries, lodging, transportation, and related schedule updates
Develop high-quality business documents such as reports, slide decks, meeting agendas, and supporting materials for leadership discussions
Capture key discussion points during meetings and monitor action items to help ensure timely follow-through on next steps
Serve as a central point of contact for communications with internal departments, external partners, clients, and vendors
Manage sensitive business information with discretion while supporting executive-level correspondence and documentation
Process expense submissions, assist with invoice-related administration, and handle a variety of general support tasks for leadership
Contribute to special assignments and help organize events, coordinating logistics and details to support successful execution
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or closely related administrative support role
Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars and coordinate executive meetings in a fast-moving business setting
Hands-on experience arranging travel and adjusting plans as business needs change
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across multiple audiences
Proven ability to prepare clear, accurate reports, presentations, and meeting documentation
High level of discretion when handling confidential information and sensitive business matters
Proficiency with expense reporting, invoice support, and general administrative coordination
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
