We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support and ensure seamless coordination of executive activities. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This is a long-term contract position based in Greensboro, North Carolina.
Job Responsibility:
Organize and manage executive calendars, ensuring appointments and meetings are scheduled effectively
Arrange and coordinate detailed travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation
Prepare customized reports and presentations tailored to specific executive needs
Assist in scheduling and organizing executive meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled
Handle financial reporting tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders to support executive priorities
Monitor and prioritize incoming correspondence to ensure prompt attention
Provide comprehensive administrative support to streamline executive operations
Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling or logistical conflicts
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions and documentation
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
Proficiency in calendar management and travel coordination
Strong ability to create detailed reports and presentations
Experience in financial reporting and analysis
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Effective communication abilities, both written and verbal
High level of discretion and professionalism
Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms
