We are partnering with a leadership team seeking a polished, adaptable Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support a CEO and senior executives across both professional and personal priorities. This role requires flexibility, strong judgment, and the ability to shift gears quickly in support of leadership needs. This is a remote-based role in the Atlanta area with local, in-person support required for errands, appointments, and occasional coordination.
Job Responsibility:
Own and manage fast-moving executive calendars
Keep action items organized and moving forward
Serve as a point of contact for key partners and vendors
Schedule personal appointments and services
Manage personal travel and day-to-day logistics
Assist with purchases, deliveries, errands and follow-ups
Provide in-person support in the Atlanta metro area as needed
Keep files, records, and information organized and secure
Track expenses, receipts, and reimbursements
Help leadership stay focused, informed, and prepared
Requirements:
Experience in hospitality, food & beverage and multi-unit businesses
5+ years supporting senior executives in an EA, PA, or blended role
Based in the Atlanta area with reliable transportation
Exceptionally organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
Trusted with confidential and sensitive information
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools
Must clear Background and reference check
