The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives within a financial services organization. This role requires exceptional discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex schedules and priorities in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. The Executive Assistant serves as a trusted partner to leadership, supporting business operations, client interactions, and confidential financial matters.
Job Responsibility:
Manage complex executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including client and board meetings
Handle sensitive and confidential financial, client, and regulatory information
Serve as a primary point of contact between executives, clients, and internal teams
Track deadlines, action items, and follow up to ensure timely completion
Support compliance with internal policies and financial regulations
Organize and maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
Assist with special projects and ad hoc initiatives as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant
Experience in financial services, banking, investment, or related industries preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
High level of professionalism, judgment, and confidentiality
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
