Job Responsibility:
Coordinate schedules, manage calendars, and prioritize tasks to support the team's objectives
Organize travel arrangements, including booking accommodations, transportation, and meals
Handle sensitive communications and ensure the timely flow of information to senior executives
Maintain accurate records and oversee the documentation of important files
Assist with basic accounting functions such as bookkeeping, invoice processing, and expense tracking using QuickBooks
Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with billing requirements
Develop and implement organizational systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and achieve company goals
Requirements:
5+ years of Administrative Assistant experience in a professional environment
Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
