Our client is a well-established organization in the property management sector, seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide advanced administrative support to senior leadership. Job Responsibility:
Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and organize domestic and international travel arrangements for C-level executives
Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and confidential documents
Facilitate communication between executives, management, tenants, vendors, and stakeholders
Plan and execute company events, board meetings, and property visits
Oversee expense reporting, invoice coding, and document management
Track critical deadlines, contract dates, and support compliance processes
Maintain discretion in handling sensitive information and high-level priorities
Assist with special projects and operational procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
exposure to property management or real estate preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
familiarity with property management software is a plus
Impeccable organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong professional judgment and confidentiality
