We are looking for an organized and resourceful Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and help maintain smooth daily office operations. Job Responsibility
Manage complex executive calendars, prioritize scheduling needs, and coordinate appointments across multiple stakeholders
Arrange business travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and related logistics, while ensuring plans align with executive preferences
Prepare for executive meetings by organizing schedules, confirming details, and helping ensure leaders are fully supported throughout the day
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, responding professionally and directing inquiries as appropriate
Oversee day-to-day administrative office activities to help maintain an efficient and well-organized corporate office environment
Coordinate meeting logistics, including room scheduling, calendar updates, and follow-up support for time-sensitive events
Maintain accurate office calendars and help balance competing demands to keep priorities on track
Provide general office management support, including administrative coordination and assistance with operational tasks as needed.
Requirements
3-5 years of proven experience supporting executives in an administrative, executive assistant, or office management capacity
Strong ability to manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate multiple priorities with accuracy
Hands-on experience booking and coordinating domestic or international travel arrangements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confidence in handling client and stakeholder correspondence
Proficiency with Google Workspace tools and other standard office productivity applications
Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage confidential information with discretion
Experience in a corporate office setting with a strong understanding of office administration best practices.
