Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our SVP, Platform and Engineering and another key senior leader. This role is designed for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at anticipating the needs of executive leadership. By managing complex operations and driving strategic priorities for these two leaders, you will ensure they are operating at their highest level of impact, ultimately enabling the broader organization to deliver world-class solutions at scale.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage complex calendars, meeting cadences, and shifting priorities with efficiency and discretion
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including agendas and logistics
  • Prepare materials, content, and correspondence for internal and external meetings
  • Serve as a trusted liaison and point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders and external partners
  • Coordinating onsite and offsite leadership meetings
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information with professionalism.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally in Engineering or high-growth tech environments
  • Strong skills in calendar management, travel planning, and executive-level communication
  • High proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office with the ability to quickly adopt new tools and systems tools
  • Experience managing sensitive or confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to independently solve problems, prioritize competing demands, and anticipate needs
  • Operational Execution: Ability to keep track of details, deadlines, and follow-through across complex logistics
  • Understands business goals and adjusts support style to match the pace and needs of senior leaders
