We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant on a contract basis to support senior leadership and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. This contract role is a mix of calendar management, project coordination, and being a reliable go-to person who keeps things on track behind the scenes. The right candidate is proactive, discreet, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. Job Responsibility
Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, coordinating across time zones, and handling last-minute changes
Act as a point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external partners
Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow-ups (notes, action items, etc.)
Handle travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and requests
Assist with expense reports and basic reporting tasks
Support special projects as needed-everything from events to process improvements
Help keep things organized, whether that’s files, systems, or workflows
Requirements
2-4 years experience supporting executives or senior leaders
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to prioritize and adjust quickly in a fast-paced environment
Clear, professional communication (written and verbal)
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Comfort with tools like Outlook, Teams/Slack, Excel, and calendar systems
Someone who takes initiative and doesn't wait to be told what to do
Experience supporting multiple leaders at once
Background in a fast-growing or high-demand environment
