We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a professional services environment. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support—it requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, high-visibility setting. The ideal candidate is polished, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex schedules and communications while acting as a trusted partner to executives.
Job Responsibility:
Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, travel, and priorities for executives
Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of leadership
Prepare reports, presentations, and executive-level documentation
Organize meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-ups
Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion
Support project coordination and track deadlines
Assist with event planning, offsites, and executive meetings
Screen and prioritize incoming communications
Requirements:
4-7 years of executive-level administrative support experience
Experience supporting C-level or senior leadership preferred
Microsoft Office Suite: advanced proficiency (required)
Calendar Tools: Outlook, Google Calendar (required)
Collaboration Tools: Slack, Microsoft Teams (preferred)
Experience with expense management tools (e.g., Concur) (preferred)
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
High level of professionalism and discretion
Ability to anticipate needs and problem-solve proactively
Nice to have:
Experience supporting C-level or senior leadership
