The Executive Assistant will be supporting the General Counsel Strategic Initiatives, M&A, IMC and Legal Operations and some of his direct reports (limited to few tasks such as T&E, organization of meetings)
Job Responsibility:
T&E: Travel, expenses, budget management, logistics around travel (agendas, meeting with local executives, team 121, townhalls, team gathering, etc.)
Calendar management
Office Logistics: Ordering Office supplies and Onsite Team management (desk/cupboard/locker assignment)
Reporting
Outside counsel management: enter outside counsel requests through the Source and tracking them
Develop PPTs and other presentation materials as requested
Assist in executive engagement and event management activities
Research special topics as assigned
Serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company
Coordinate work with other employees as needed
Support the team well-being by organizing various activities (IE: Christmas lunch
volunteering day, team building, etc.)
Requirements:
Passionate about technology, AI and interested in working in an international, dynamic team
Administrative experience in a corporate environment interfacing with senior and executive level management and senior customers
Natural talent to think proactively, solve problems and help others
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work well in both team and individual settings and to build strong network
Strong knowledge Microsoft Office skills
Superior time management, planning, and organizational skills
