Job Description

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to C-level executives and senior leaders. This individual will act as a strategic partner, ensuring seamless daily operations, managing complex schedules, and serving as a key point of contact across internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate across multiple time zones
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and executive-level correspondence
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and expense reports
  • Support board meetings and leadership meetings, including materials preparation and note-taking
  • Act as liaison between executives and internal departments, clients, and external partners
  • Track action items and follow up to ensure timely completion
  • Assist with special projects, event planning, and operational initiatives
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership, ideally within a tech or high-growth environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Experience with tools such as Slack, Zoom, Concur, or similar platforms
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to anticipate needs, problem-solve independently, and prioritize competing demands
  • Professional, polished, and adaptable demeanor

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting C-suite executives
  • Experience working in a startup or scaling tech company
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
