The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to C-level executives and senior leaders. This individual will act as a strategic partner, ensuring seamless daily operations, managing complex schedules, and serving as a key point of contact across internal and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibility:
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate across multiple time zones
Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and executive-level correspondence
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and expense reports
Support board meetings and leadership meetings, including materials preparation and note-taking
Act as liaison between executives and internal departments, clients, and external partners
Track action items and follow up to ensure timely completion
Assist with special projects, event planning, and operational initiatives
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements:
5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership, ideally within a tech or high-growth environment
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Experience with tools such as Slack, Zoom, Concur, or similar platforms
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to anticipate needs, problem-solve independently, and prioritize competing demands
Professional, polished, and adaptable demeanor
Nice to have:
Experience supporting C-suite executives
Experience working in a startup or scaling tech company
Bachelor’s degree preferred
