Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary Executive Assistant to this executive, with light support to a small senior leadership group
Own complex calendar management, travel coordination, and expense management
Act as a gatekeeper and trusted partner — knowing when to protect time and when to lean in
Prepare meeting materials, briefings, presentations, and executive communications
Coordinate logistics for leadership meetings, offsites, and events (virtual and in‑person)
Track key initiatives and follow up on deliverables with confidence and discretion
Partner closely with other Executive Assistants across the organization
Handle sensitive information with professionalism and sound judgment
Requirements:
3-5+ years of experience supporting senior or C‑suite executives
Experience in a larger corporate environment (industry background less important)
Exceptional organizational, communication, and prioritization skills
High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
Comfort working in a tech‑focused, fast‑paced environment
