Executive Assistant to $150K – Become the Trusted Partner! Our client, a prominent investment organization, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide seamless support to a high‑profile principal while partnering closely with a support team. This role blends traditional executive support with personal assistance, requiring someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, confidence, and the ability to collaborate effectively across the team.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing complex scheduling and coordinating calendars in partnership with the existing Executive Assistant
  • Organizing domestic and international travel and building detailed itineraries for the principal, family, and guests
  • Handling personal support including ordering items, tracking inventories, and coordinating shipments
  • Assisting with daily email, call management, and connecting the principal to scheduled meetings
  • Maintaining subscriptions, tracking events of interest, and coordinating charitable donation requests
  • Preparing printed materials and managing morning research workflows
  • Supporting office upkeep, supply ordering, and mailings
  • Providing administrative assistance to additional leaders as needed while staying flexible for after‑hours support

Requirements
