Job Responsibility:
Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
Serve as a main point of contact between executives and internal/external partners
Draft and prepare documents, presentations, and correspondence
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and track follow-up items
Handle confidential information with professionalism
Assist with research, reporting, and special projects as needed
Track project deliverables and follow up on action items
Coordinate and arrange special events such as off-site meetings, leadership retreats and executive sessions
Requirements:
A keen eye for detail and ability to stay well-organized in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to stay ahead of deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Executive Assistance
Professionalism and ability to approach conversations with ease
Ability to operate effectively and leverage AI for efficiencies (Co-Pilot is an asset)
Experience with MS Office including Teams, Outlook, Excel (basic) and Co-Pilot
Nice to have:
Bilingual French/English is an asset but not required
