Looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support our senior leaders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is a trusted partner who anticipates needs, manages complex calendars, and keeps critical priorities on track with exceptional attention to detail.
Job Responsibility:
Providing administrative and organizational support
Own executive calendars, travel arrangements, and key meeting logistics
Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and correspondence
Coordinate communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Safeguard confidentiality while handling sensitive information
Drive follow-up and execution, ensuring commitments and deadlines are met
Proactively engage on and see projects through to successful completion within strict deadlines
Plan, schedule, and arrange business meetings and travel itineraries
Prepare and reconcile expense accounts
Coordinate onsite and offsite business meeting and events
Manage conference / meeting rooms and common office area
Raising and receiving purchases orders
Booking travel and managing expenses
Raising and receiving purchases orders
Assist with passport and visa requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree
Extended experience in similar roles
Proven executive standing and ability to establish trusted relationship with the Leadership Team
Ability to deal with ambiguity and work autonomously
Ability to maintain high level of integrity and confidentiality
Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to draft clear and concise communications
Strong administrative experience in a corporate environment supporting executives
Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership skills and teamwork
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
Fluent in English
Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required

Annual bonus up to 10% of yearly salary
