We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a growing office in Minneapolis, Minnesota within the Financial Services industry. Job Responsibility:
Manage complex executive calendars, coordinate priorities, and ensure meetings are scheduled efficiently across changing demands
Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, lodging, transportation, and related logistics for business needs
Prepare for executive meetings by organizing materials, confirming schedules, and helping keep follow-up actions on track
Handle confidential documents and communications with a high level of accuracy and discretion
Provide day-to-day administrative support that helps leadership stay organized, informed, and focused on key priorities
Monitor details across multiple assignments, ensuring tasks are completed thoroughly and deadlines are consistently met
Support onboarding transition activities during the initial training period so responsibilities can be assumed smoothly and effectively
Requirements:
Proven experience supporting executives or senior leaders in an administrative or executive assistant capacity
Strong calendar management skills with the ability to coordinate competing priorities and last-minute changes
Demonstrated experience booking and managing travel arrangements with excellent attention to detail
High level of reliability, personal accountability, and commitment to completing work with accuracy
Ability to handle highly confidential information with sound judgment and discretion
Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
