Job Responsibility:
Serves as a key strategic partner to the Country Manager, providing administrative support, managing requirements of the office location and managing financial operations at the country level
Requirements:
Performs general administrative duties to support day-to-day department operations in such areas as scheduling of meetings, travel arrangements, expense reporting, calendar management
Manages local office needs, such as ordering office supplies, coordinating and managing local equipment suppliers and facility management providers
Administrates country finances, in close alignment with divisional finance and controlling teams, with particular focus on country’s market funds and expense budget administration
Serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company
May monitor and coordinate work of other employees or temporaries
Ensures workspace coordination around the Vienna Office
Ensures alignment of country budgets with organizational goals, forecast financial trends and prepare financial reports for management review
Prepares regular financial reports
Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices
Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed
Report any suspected information security violation or breach
Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines
