The Executive Assistant will support the CEO of the firm. The company is a financial technology platform that can evaluate and recommend market strategies for high-net-worth clients.
Job Responsibility:
Manage an active calendar, coordinate daily tasks, and resolve issues when needed
Monitor inbox and flag necessary follow ups and answer and route correspondence appropriately
Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, including domestic and international itineraries and visas
Compile and process expense reports
Handle occasional personal tasks during the workday
Collaborate with other executive assistants to ensure cross-departmental needs are met
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
5-7 years of EA experience with experience working for C-level executives
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Able to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
