Our client, a leading biotechnology company, is seeking an accomplished Executive Assistant with 5–7 years of professional experience in the biotech or life sciences sector. This individual will support the CEO by streamlining operations, and driving company growth in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as the primary administrative partner to senior executives, managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics
Prepare, review, and organize confidential documents related to research, regulatory, and business activities
Coordinate communications across departments and with external partners within the biotech ecosystem
Support project management efforts, including tracking timelines and deliverables
Manage expense reporting, procurement requests, and sensitive company information
Facilitate event planning for conferences, industry meetings, or onsite events
Assist with onboarding and communications for new hires, ensuring compliance with company and industry protocols
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
5–7 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 3 years within the biotechnology or life sciences industry (Required)
Demonstrated understanding of biotech industry terminology, processes, and compliance requirements
Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite, document management systems, and virtual meeting technologies
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity
