Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders within the Technology team. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The hours are 8:30am - 5:30/6:00pm (with some accessibility needed after hours), and the role is onsite 5 days per week in Manhattan.
Job Responsibility:
Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple locations
Arrange domestic and international travel and prepare detailed itineraries
Process expense reports and maintain accurate records
Coordinate logistics for meetings and events, including catering and conference room setup
Serve as a trusted point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders
Support ad hoc projects and assist with operational tasks as needed
Requirements:
7+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
