We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and polished Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leadership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises sound judgment, and can manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion. The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in keeping executives organized, prepared, and focused on key business priorities. Based on general knowledge.
Job Responsibility:
Provide direct administrative support to senior executives
Manage complex calendars, meetings, and scheduling priorities
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries and logistics
Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and other business documents
Screen calls, emails, and meeting requests, and prioritize communications appropriately
Serve as a liaison between executives and internal or external stakeholders
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and track follow-up items and action steps
Handle confidential information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism
Assist with expense reports, invoice processing, and other administrative tasks
Support special projects and help improve day-to-day operational efficiency
Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve scheduling or administrative challenges
Requirements:
Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, or similar support role preferred
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities effectively
High level of professionalism, judgment, and confidentiality
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard business software
Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of accuracy
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, service-oriented approach
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required depending on experience
