Our client is looking to fill the role of Executive Assistant. With minimal direction, the Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level administrative support to the President & CEO and assists other executive assistants on the 12th floor as needed. The EA works closely with the President & CEO's Executive Assistant to coordinate and manage a wide range of administrative responsibilities, including expense reports, travel arrangements, phone coverage, scheduling, and other operational support as needed. The EA must consistently demonstrate professionalism, sound judgment, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive internal and external matters, including interactions with VIPs, guests, patrons, employees, and other key stakeholders. The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, high-energy, results-oriented, and exceptionally organized, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills and a strong commitment to providing the highest level of service.
Job Responsibility
Positively represents executives and the organization at all times and follows organizational policies and procedures
Completes monthly expense reports
Arranges travel for executives and guests
Answers and screens telephone calls and visitors, with a high-level touch and professionalism, tactfully handling inquiries and referring to appropriate party, as needed
Serves as an ambassador by actively sharing social media content to amplify organizational reach and engagement
Handles special projects and other administrative functions as assigned
