Job Responsibility:
Manage complex calendars and scheduling for the Owner
Screen and prioritize emails, ensuring only essential items reach the Owner’s attention
Keep the Owner on track for meetings and ensure proper preparation
Coordinate occasional travel arrangements (professional and personal)
Draft professional correspondence and prepare meeting agendas
Assist with project coordination and act as a liaison between the Owner, employees, and clients
Provide light personal assistance as needed
Future responsibilities may include: Client-facing tasks such as screening applications, onboarding new clients, assisting with proposals, and conducting client check-ins
Adapt to evolving responsibilities as the role grows based on organizational needs and candidate skillset
Requirements:
Minimum of 1–2 years of strong Executive Assistant experience (more is preferred)
Highly tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Outlook
strong formatting skills required
Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable asking questions while being an independent problem solver
Confident, adaptable, and able to thrive in a “grow as you go” environment
