We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Job Responsibility:
Provide direct administrative support to executive leadership
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting materials
Serve as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners
Handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism and discretion
Coordinate meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
Screen calls, emails, and requests, prioritizing responses as appropriate
Assist with special projects and ad hoc requests as assigned
Support office operations and executive-level initiatives as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
3–7+ years of Executive Assistant or senior administrative experience
Proven experience supporting executives or leadership teams
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Professional presence with strong attention to detail
